  • To make your custom website design experience seamless and stress-free, we’ve created a simple onboarding checklist. This step-by-step guide outlines everything we need from you to kick off the project—from brand assets and copy to domain access and inspiration links.

    It’s designed to keep us aligned, organized, and moving forward with clarity from day one. With your checklist complete, we can dive into design with confidence—knowing we have everything in place to bring your vision to life.

  • Design & Development – Our team designs a fully custom home page layout, optimized for user experience and mobile responsiveness. We then set up a check-in to ensure we’re heading in the right direction before proceeding with the build out of the remaining pages.

  • You'll review the entire website once preview link has been sent and provide feedback throughout the process to ensure the final product is exactly what you envisioned.

  • We will double check from a design and functionality perspective that everything about the user journey is seamless and working properly.

  • You’re website is LIVE!

  • Yes! It’s best if you secure your desired domain (i.e. www.yourbrand.com) as soon as possible.

    Pro Tip: Secure all of your social media handles ahead of time as well to ensure they’re available before selecting your domain

  • No. We do not host our clients websites and recommend you use a third party tied to your business email.

    Pro Tip: Always set up a back-up email to receive this information as this can get easily misplaced

  • Yes! We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin wire-framing your website. The remainder is due week of launch.

  • Yes! If you’re invoice is paid in full, the website Bseen designs for you is yours to keep.

  • Yes! Depending on the level of support you need we can decipher which plan is right for you. A discussion beforehand is required in order to properly estimate what that monthly fee would be.

  • If you have general questions regarding your website, we are happy to answer them. Keep in mind, in your custom website package, a 45 minute training session is included so you have full control in being able to manage your site.

  • Nope! We worked really hard to make your website as user-friendly as possible.
